Pan-IIT Alumni, SoCal Chapter invites you, your family, and friends to its annual picnic on Sunday, the 20th June in sunny Cerritos, California.  Please forward this to any other IITans you know.   This year's Pan-IIT picnic offers a host of attractions for the alumni families and friends throughout the afternoon. Meet long lost friends and classmates and make new friends.  We welcome alumni from the "soon to be IIT”  - ‘IT-BHU’ to join us at the Pan IIT Alumni picnic.

 Enjoy with friends and with,

  - Mouth-watering and sumptuous Indian food – including fresh Naan (made on site), Chaat and Chai.

 - Fun games for all age groups – Moon bounce. Cotton Candy, PopCorn, Foosball and more.

 - Raffles and prizes - Social networking.

 – Hob-nob with the Alumni friends from all the IITs. .  

 Register as soon as possible so we can cater food accordingly.

If you register by 31st May, 2010, you will be eligible to enter a drawing for an iPod. Registered kids under 10 will get a small gift at the picnic

 11:15 am:                           Early Registration Starts

 11:30am to 12:00 noon: Pranayama – Breathing Exercises - for those interested

 12:00 noon to 12:30 pm: Registration and network, network, network, network

 12:30 pm  to 12:45 pm:  Quick Introduction of Pan IIT Officials /Agenda

 12:45 pm to 1:15 pm: Games/Entertainment for all + snacks + Network

  1:15 pm to 2:30 pm: Catered lunch : General music and hungama + Network

 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm: Games led by the Sponsor (Kevin Borad) of the Picnic

 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm: More entertainment - Games/Inter IIT Antakshari + Raffles

 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm: Chai / Soap Box / Game Prizes /Thank you(s)

 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm: Wrap-up, Clean-up and promises to meet soon
