Pan-IIT, SoCal Chapter invites you, your family, and friends to its annual picnic on Sunday, 21st June in sunny Cerritos, California.  Please forward this to any other IITians you know.
 
This year's Pan-IIT picnic offers a host of attractions for the alumni families and friends throughout the afternoon:
- Mouth-watering and sumptuous Indian food
- Fun games for all age groups. We are even reserving a baseball court for cricket!
- Music
- Fun prizes
- Social networking – meet alumni from all the IITs, long-lost friends and classmates, and make new friends.
 
Register as soon as possible so we can cater food and plan the logistics  accordingly. If you register by 5th June, 2009, you will be eligible to enter a drawing for a “Music Device”. Registered kids under 10 will get a small gift as a picnic surprise.

Early Bird Ticket Prices (if you register by 14th June):
Students: $15
Other IIT Alumnus/Spouse/Guest:  $15.00

After 14th June:
Students: $15 (students continue to enjoy the same discounted early bird price)
Other IIT Alumnus/Spouse/Guest:  $20.00

Children under 5 yrs:  $0.00 (free)  - Please register – so that we can get the headcount.
 
Tentative picnic schedule:
12:00 noon to 12:45 pm: Registration and network, network, network, network
12:45 pm to 1:30 pm: Games/Entertainment for all + snacks + Network
1:30 pm to 2:30 pm: Catered lunch : General music and hungama + Network
2:30 pm to 3:45 pm: More Games/Inter IIT Antakshari + Raffles
3:45 pm to 4:30 pm: Chai / Soap Box / Game Prizes/ Skit/ Antakshari
4:30 pm to 5:00 pm: Wrap-up, Clean-up and promises to meet soon
